Making Random Plans to Deliver the Project

Always Remember That Plan Works in 2 Stages: Stage 1 state that managers should divide the projects into different phases with milestones and delivery dates added in the plan. Make a note what you have achieved after completing the milestone.

Stage 2 recommends you to line out the team needed to complete the milestones. The team can make the best use of their knowledge, experience, and challenges to deliver the best.

Discover the Reason Why You Procrastinate

If you don’t know from where to start with the project, split the project into several tasks to make your work more manageable and easy. Bearing with the boring tasks? Motivate your team by detailing them how important the project is and how it will affect your business in a positive manner. If you don’t have the ability to focus on the work, take breaks in an interval, relax and give yourself a second chance to get involved in the task.

Filter Your Interruptions

According to the studies, you get distracted after every 8-10 minutes. This interruption in your work loses your thought and wastes your invaluable time. So, it would be better if you break your incoming tasks according to your priorities.

Make a note if the incoming task is very urgent: finish the task as soon as possible

If the task is urgent but can be done later: Accomplish the urgent and important task at your first priority and then schedule the task which can be done later.

Check out if the task is not urgent, you can ask someone to deliver the project.

If the task is not at all important and not urgent – What you will get in doing the work which is not worth? Leave it and choose another important task which can challenge you in a fruitful way.
